***********, Disgraceful Business

For nearly 3 years I have been dealing with Liberty Life’s incompetence. They constantly lose documentation and my lawyers and I have to resubmit multiple times. I have sent over 100 emails and have spent nearly R10,000 in phone calls from abroad trying to get my late fathers policy paid out. It’s stressful enough losing a parent and I am in hospital battling cancer myself at 38 years of age. I was promised the money to be paid early November nearly 3 years following my father passing away. It is now nearly 4 months later and I have not received the money nor have I been able to get any answers from Liberty Life. I will probably pass away myself with cancer before I ever get my late fathers policy paid out. I think this is disgusting and utterly disgraceful. Do not hold any policies with this ***********, thieving and lying organisation. How they are able to get away with this is beyond me. There are so many others in the same situation looking at the reviews.
