*********** consultants and their company

I have been running around like a mad person, asking Liberty for just a simple document that shows my contributions from the year I started till last year September and till this day its very hard for Liberty consultants to send me a full summary. They only send a half summary which is not helping me with anything. It's now the third consultant that contacted me and said we will call you back and send the correct document, and it's not happening my request is from last year can you imagine how much money and data I have been spending and am not working to add on that point. Could it be my previous employer that was not doing things right or am I being misled by Liberty corporate? I get a feeling that my funds could be missing or Liberty corporate can't be clear with me. Am tired of them they are full of lies
