I had a policy with Liberty. I cancelled this policy earlier this year. I ask for a tax certificate and attach my previous year's tax certificate by them, so that they can see all my details. I even attached for them the tax certificate from the previous year. <br> Or did their IT department now finally collapse?<br> I now know that I made the right decision to cancel with them.
