Incompetencies at Liberty life are just hopeless

I have since been waiting for a resolution from Tshepang Khumalo,no phone call no email,no update at all irrespective as to how many times I request a feedback.she reimbursed me with R247 says it's what's due to me,I requested her to explain how she got to the 247 and a complaints specialist...no answer still. What do I do In a situation like this???I want my refund
