Incompetence on every product

Even more incompetence. Process of transferring my retirement annuity started beginning of JULY and still hasn't been completed.

Why is it such a ****ing fight that I have to report you first to the governing bodies before you start doing your ****ing jobs? You only cancelled my short term insurance after the ombud fined you. You're so hard up on keeping clients that you literally break the law.
