Incompetence

First issue. In September 2015 I cancelled a policy in writing (using the official document, which was also signed by my FA). The debit order continued to go off my account until February 2016. I started communicating with Liberty on 14 December, once I realized the policy had not been cancelled. After at least 10 emails and multiple phone calls, the policy was finally cancelled in March 2016. After several requests to be refunded the premiums from October onwards, I was only refunded two months worth of premiums. I have emailed Rizwana three times (Feb 29, March 1 and March 12) requesting for the correct amount to be refunded, but I have been ignored each time. I am owed another 3 months worth of premiums. Please refund me!

Second issue. In September 2015, after a meeting with my FA, I adjusted my portfolio. I signed the form along with my FA. I don't believe this adjustment was ever done, and I have repeatedly asked for confirmation, but have been ignored each time. If the adjustment was not done, I want my portfolio retrospectively adjusted.
