Income protector claim not paid. Still waiting. Its been 2 years.

I am so dissappointed in Liberty. Worst company for income protectors. I am wating now 2 years for it to be paid out. Investigation done looking for information in blood tests of many ears ago which got nothing to do with the claim. In the beginning of June they finaly let me know they have now everything and will let me know in 15 days time what the assessors feedback will be it never happened. Today after a month has past I phoned them and I lost it. It is at underwriting for assessment...anyway a Alicia Naicker mailed me and said that it is with Underwriting and will give feedback as soon as underwriting rep**** to them. I am still waiting. No use in asking you just getting the same response or no repsonse. I have mailed Alicia Naicker back and she has not even read my mail. As a client I mean nothing to Liberty and I have my annuity also with them. I am really concerned. I do not feel comfortable with them anynore...
