If I could give liberty -10 I would have. This is the most inconsiderate company without compassion, professionalism or service one could ask for. They require documents on your costs such CT scans professional reports costing up to R10 000.00 or more at times, with the condition that have stabilized and the previous reports stated this very clearly. They take up tp 14 days to respond and then they say they have not received documents but everything was attached, which clearly indicate they incompetence. They have fine print and loop holes in there contracts which create an negative answer on everything. On Signing anything, please make sure to read the fine print before signing anything. Also, let a professional look at it so that you have a clear understanding of how these folks so called take care of their people. One do not read these in dept as it serves as security and one hope one will never need it, but never say never and make sure you do not waste your money on something that really do not have YOUR best interest at heart.
