Income protection from liberty life. What a waste of time.

I was in a car accident last year my car was written off. And I couldn't work for 3 months. And as a result being a simple barber. I couldn't afford the policy I had taken out. While I was injured. I had a retirement policy with income protection. And I called a few times to liberty and they claimed that I could not claim from the policy which was taken. In 2016. As a result they have lost a loyal client to old mutual. Just imagine being in an accident being a barber and don't have the use of your right arm. How are you going to provide for your family number 1, pay medical bills. And still meet your policy. And they still had the nerve to take money from my account. A small sum of R500. Very unhappy cleint. So please do your homework before doing business with this group. In black and white it says 3 months. But they actually mean 4 months in really fine print....
