Inapropriate deceit

Dear Sirs/Madam

Kindly note one was not paid according to the surrender value when it was initially requested.

Policy/ Contract number ********** 6 switch was requested, surrender value was R215000 plus. It paid out less please explain. Also requested to switch to zero risk. That is conservative. I was told money market B1 yet it stipulates money market only. For this switch request submitted as per email on the 10th April 2018, surrend value was R215000 plus as one was paid less.

And again

I was told money market B1 yet it stipulates money market only. For this switch submitted as per email on the 11th April 2018, value was R214859.09 as one was paid less.
