In it for who exactly?

The purpose of my review is to register my unpalatable experience and absolute disgust following the arbitrary and unilateral cancellation of my Retirement Annuity (RA) by Liberty Life. It is over 2 years now that I have been begging and pleading trying to talk sense into Liberty Life to do the right thing by reinstating my RA with immediate effect. Despite my pleas, they insists on being intransigent and continue with their heartless prejudicial conduct of messing up my retirement financial planning due to their administrative bundle. They continue to make themselves guilty of uncaring conduct even after I showed them proof of my monthly payments and their email confirming the arrangement that I will be making EFT payments every month. They never disputed the fact that I never missed paying a single payment but they hang on bullying me into signing-up for another RA. In whose interest am I expected to sign up for something I signed up for already, I ask? Why is Liberty Life defending this form of blatant injustice as a corporate citizen? Even better, what is the point of being a financial giant if you abuse your size in the market by bullying and undermining the consumer rights of your clients who are the very pillars of your market share?
