Impossible to Cancel Life Insurance Policy

I cancelled my liberty life policy two months ago and the debit order is still going off of my account. I even emailed to confirm last month that it was cancelled and I was promised that it was. And boom, they take my money again. How do I get my money back and how do I stop this debit order?
