im stuggeling since october 2015 investment payout

Since October 2015 I'm trying to get my investment to pay out. After numerous phone calls and going to their offices they said everything was in order and while sitting their on Tuesday they said they made the payment. Still I didn't receive any payment as yet. Every time I phone they come up with a new story and the payment was not made. Liberty are full of stories and each person that you speak to tells you another story. It's unprofessional. I will never refer anyone to you as you make false promises.
