I'm so disappointed,by such a bad Service!!

I'm so disappointed and ****ed off by the type of service and treatment I am getting from Braam Fourie from Liberty, I have been texting and calling him regarding my policy as my financial advisor yet his been playing me and lying to me that he will help me even now and when I go to the bank for assistance they tell me his system only uses his details,it's been weeks already,is this the kind of treatment we should get when we need help?
