I'm at my wits end with Liberty life

Why is it such a nightmare for one to claim their hard earned for Provident fund? Im starting to wonder if this company is legit , they have requested one document after the other which i have sent its verification this verification that even after that my claim is still not paid. Why do you deduct monies monthly without fail and when it comes to paying you start playing Mickey mouse games giving me the run around like a head less chicken its really unbecoming and an insult really. Since December its call after 48 hour or 15 days only to be disappointed, i was told on the 6th of May my claim would be paid on the 27th of may and as usual nothing, i call and i'm given a ridiculous excuse yet again by Keletso Ziyenkulu i ask to speak to the manager Zay Francis im put on hold only to be told she is not available. I now suspect some ***** going on with claiming of people's funds i have been at this for the longest time its baffling.
