I have submitted my claim almost 3 months ago and have been calling this call centre for almost 1 month straight reharding my claim... i keep getting a run around and the call centre agents keep placing me on hold and never answer the call again. Fran has told me i will receive a call back in 24hrs feom a manager and nothing has happened. I need my money as i have a sicj child but no one cares as theyve already collected your money and now dont wanna pay it back... they are a bunch of ******** and ******* i am so fedup with this company
