I want my money!!!!Unacceptable

Good Day.I am a bit frustrated. I have been requesting a cash out two weeks ago on Stash,emailing as well seeing as the app refuses to upload proof of residence. Only my ID has been verified. I have followed up,no response. I also complained via email to Liberty. Nothing. I want my money. Ignoring me is not going to help
