I've made several follow up phone calls regarding my withdrawal from my policy and everytime I hold for hours only to be told my matter is being escalated and fast tracked yet I have not received any payment. This is MY money that I can't access and I need it urgently. Everything is falling apart when I have money but I can't have it because of poor service. Never will I ever invest with Liberty in the future, my life is ruined because of them.
