I REGRET THE DAY I TOOK FUNERAL COVER WITH LIBERTY

I have never been so frustrated, I have lost my aunt and the pain of that is so in unbearable then I claimed with Liberty since the 30th of March 2023 until today I haven't received any payment. They have been saying that it takes 3 days but still nothing even today. We need to pay mortuary, continue with prepations but how do we do that while waiting for liberty. Guys please for once understand what we go through in this time, have you guys never lost your loved ones before?
