I need assistance ASAP

in 2018 our company decided to join Liberty Life retirement insurence and I was contributing aroung R880 every month until the company decided they won't be contributing anymore so we decided to cut ties and that was in 5yrs ago.

their representetive by the name of Perter Mphahlele promised us that we will get all our premiums retuned afther 2 years, its now 5 years and he's not taking our calls and not responding to our emails. then I tried contacting Liberty life and I was told that Peter Mphahlele is their third party representative and there's nothing they can do about our situation.

I started doing my own investigation and the Guy's full name is Peter Mojalefa Mphahlele, works for Vhapfuwi Holdings as a financial adviser which is affiliated with Liberty Life.
