I did not receive my cash out

I waited more than 7 days to receive my cash back, but still have not received my money. Instead the Stash Team Rep sent me an email stating the issue is with my bank which is a lie because I contacted my bank and they said everything is good. Now Stash team is not responding to my email. I highly do not recommend anyone using them
