I did a death claim ...

I did a death claim on the 4th March 2025 & i was told will be paid within 48hrs today is the 7th i still havent received any payment and the funeral is tomorrow on 8th so i cant make any preparations...i went to the branch this morning waited for 4hrs nd i was told i will get it maybe this evening,i dnt know how its going to assist me in the evening when stores are closed
