I deserve to know

I recently resigned from my company and withdrew my provident fund. They said it takes 4 to 6 weeks and I'm still waiting. I dealt with a lady that gave me attitude I think she's the broker. I think I'm being ****med. I get an attitude fir asking what's going on. I send a message and not rep**** to. This is bull. I leave this to Liberty because that's where I know my money went.
