I am disgusted with Liberty. They insensitive, ************* and ***********

I'm disgusted at how Liberty has been handling the cancellation of my polies as well as giving me my refund. The most disappointing is how *********** and uncountable they are: On the 3rd of March 2025, I wrote an email requesting that all my 8 policies be canceled that I pay just over R1000. They requested a signed letter confirming it was really me canceling the policies and I sent the Comfirmation cancelation letter on the 14th April which to date have not been canceled and I have not received my refund for the 3 months that they have debiting after cancelation. I lodged a complaint with their Complaits department after having spoken to over 10 people on the phone telling me my matter is being resolved and I'd get my refund. This was on friday the 13th June 2025. Today when I call to do follow up I'm being told there a refund but it has not been release (whatever that means) and that I would get a call before end of business day. This has been the most *********** and frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. I don't know if they realize the financial constrains they causing fo me and my family, yet they convince their customers to trust them I will never ever advise anyone to take a policy with Liberty as they will leave you hungry and **** you off your money. What a shame.
