I am a client of Liberty since 2019, I was diagnosed with SLE last year May

I am a client of Liberty since 2019, I was diagnosed with SLE last year May. I have been off work since August. My advisor submitted a critical illness and income protection claim in February with very little communication from Liberty life. They advertising slogan is questionable because they have not put my human needs first. I am actually beyond disappointed with their service and it seems that they are trying to find every loop hope to avoid a payout. I regret moving my policy to Liberty and should have actually keep my policy with Discovery because the service and standards are unmatched.
