I ALLWAYS THOUGHT LIBERTY WAS A GOOD COMPANY I CAN'T STAND THEM NOW. THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE SAME ITS APPALLING.

They are quick to take the money for pension each month they know exactly which bank to take it from and they don't miss. But come pay out documents are requested one by one I HAVE BEEN CLAIMING SINCE MAY IMAGINE. The last conversation I asked for a pay out date the told me the 23rd of this month. They ask me to confirm my banking details which is a document they already have I tell them use FNB they add 9 more days just because of that How *********** is that all I need is my money that's all I have a daughter I have bills I just need my claim I honestly don't understand the problem. Or maybe I should give up so they end up getting the money. I raised a complaint guess what it's day 2 I heard absolutely nothing from them
