How Liberty ******** My Mum On Her Investment Plcy

Liberty Group SA do not follow procedures 100%, All someone needs to with draw funds from your investments is your name, I.D number and a few other obvious personal details. ********** claims with Liberty Group SA are high, though they remain under the radar, My mum was one off the unlucky people who's investment policy's were withdrawn by someone else and we only found out 1 year later when we decide to check on them. Liberty staff don't reply to emails, don't take any responsibility and are almost impossible to get a hold off. In my experience with them documents for claims were sent in by some one else, on the docs were the wrong address, wrong contact numbers and wrong signatures but they missed all that and still paid out the funds without contact me or my mum. It took them 7months to do an investigation that would take anyone else 1 week to do and they refused to replace the funds that where withdrawn, they look for reasons not to pay you back. My mum is 62 years old & has alzheimer's, they have frozen the rest of her funds and say it will be only available when she dies, in the meantime then earn interest of those funds. What use is the funds to her when she is dead.....
