after the debacle with the Momentum issue in the press this week , I received a call from Liberty as a courtesy call. Which was I fine. I then requested which I have been trying to do for year now, to change my policy from SMOKER to NON-SMOKER as I have not smoked in 10 years. The call centre operator asked me to hold and stated that she has to do a quote. A quote ! I exclaimed for what , she then explained the process . She then came back and said I would have to pay R100 more per month... Just another way Insurance companies look for way NOT to pay ...I then put the phone down..

Why would I need to pay more for leading a healthier life style? ???? Answer : So Liberty Life have a reason to repudiate a claim... Shocking , eventhough I have been a good client from 2000 ....18years for what !!!YA
