Horrific Service. Disgusted.

Good day. I have had numerous problems with Liberty Life. Iv underwent major spine surgery and nobody is willing to assist me with my claims. The service advisor, Vivek left Liberty Life without even informing me. This was whilst my claim was still being processed in 2015. Now Iv had another operation and Iv been dealing with Liberty Life consultants, however nobody wants to assist me. Mr S Perumal is useless and so is the manage Mr Amod Dawood. They make empty promises and forget clients who they can not make much commission off. I am highly frustrated and need immediate assistance.
