HORRIFIC SERVICE

As someone who is in the financial industry, never have I seen such horrible response time or reasons. FNB sent my cession cancelation on my policy on the 9th of December 2022. Liberty received all cancelation documents and still deducted January premiums. Now they take 10-15 days to respond or I have to wait more than an hour toe speak to someone just to hear they won't pay back the premium all though the mistake is on their side.
