Horrible service/ no pay out

Possibly the worst service one could get from a financial sector , I lost the father of my kids in Jan ,he had a policy with Liberty living our kids with some sort of investment. I started the claims process in February,till today I haven’t had any reply from any financial advisor from Liberty,every email I send I get the automated reply back starting that the documents have been received. Every time I call the company someone promises to get to me in regards to the claim and what the actual hold up is ,however this has never happened. No one can tell me anything in regards to how far the claim is ,only that it’s with the claims advisor who has no decency to call back even when the mails have been escalated. This is by far the worst service and I would not ever advise anyone on taking any policy with Liberty as that would mean u get sent from pillar to post when it comes to u getting paid out on any claim submitted by them
