Horrible service from Liblink consultant - Liberty

I have been working with a Liblink consultant Guy Koazi Maghoma in connection with my pension fund, The consultant did not even bother to let Liberty know that I resigned from the company in December 2019. I sent him completed forms on 25 Aug 2021 with the request for calculations. So far all I have received is empty promises. To make things worse, the Liberty process for complaints involves lengthy wait on a toll number that is extremely expensive and then you are lucky to speak to someone who is able to assist. I have never had such unprofessional service from someone and it is impossible to get in touch with someone higher up. It seems Liberty is good at taking your money but horrible at assisting you with anything else. I would definitely not recommend Liberty to anyone.
