Horrible service - DONT DO LIBERTY LUFE!!!

After I got the wrong information when taking out a life policy, I cancelled. I requested a recording if the telephonic conversation. Listening to it a few times, I realised that the agent NEVER explained the benefits of the policy - even after I asked her certain questions. After tens of emails to Liberty life, I get ignored. I want my money back!!!
