Horrible Service by Liberty Funeral cover

I would like to warn people about the funeral cover offered by Liberty, they are happy to deduct premiums monthly but when it comes to paying out you get all sorts of excuses. According to liberty they pay out claims in 48 hours after receiving a death claim. Well I think they should have said their claims are paid in 48 days after claims are submitted.

Since submitting a claim for my brother last week Tuesday who happens to be the policy holder, all I've been getting from Liberty is we're processing your claim all documentation received. 7 days and counting and still haven't heard from Liberty in fact, I call them daily and beg them to update me but even that is too much ask for them, I get put on hold and eventually get dropped unfortunately every time I call I get through to a different person and I'm taken through the same painful process. I'm at a point were I don't care if they pay or not but just wanted people to be aware and not fall victims to their horrible service. I will forever hate Liberty for this experience and i don't wish for anyone to go through this especially when you are grieving your loved one.
