Horrible service

The service is so pathetic. I cashed in my policy with Liberty. On the 2nd of February my advisor submitted all the documents to them and they promised that the money will be in my account within a week. It' now more than a month and no money has been paid out. My advisor has been sending them emails to follow up and no emails were answered. I have been calling every week and every time i call the consultant will tell me that they are sending an email to the dispense department. It is now 6 weeks and nothing has been done. I have been with Liberty for more than 10 years but the service they give me is very bad. I will never do business with them ever again
