Horrible service

I have had such horrible experience with stash department. My stash missed a few days of 10c challenge and about 10 days of my sweat. I called at least 4 times and every person I speak to just says a Stash specialist will call me back, but they never do. I've lost count of the emails I sent and they just say the issue has been resolved, meanwhile on my end it's not because my stash is still not stashing some things. I'm not even mad about the errors on the stash app, I love stash as a way of saving, it's the liberty staff that shock me. I can't believe how they have failed to resolve such a small issue. How they can't just return a call to a client. Horrible service, the whole lot of them!
