HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!

<p>I was due a pay out on the 1st December 2016 as per my contract/ policy instead ever since sending all correct documents last week I have never received a call nor email confirming receipt of documents, etc.</p> <p> I had to once again call and ONLY THEN was I informed that my proof of address had a problem to which I re-sent correct details for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I called (AGAIN) only to be told that it’s still being processed and once again there was no courtesy calls, sms, or even email to confirm that yet even afte calling them over 10 times in 3 days all the call center staf cares about is confirming details rather than solving my problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now after once again callng I am being told to wait until the 5th Dec 2016??!!</p> <p>BAD SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION! NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!</p>
