Horrible Service

Horrible service. Call Centre Agents are useless with no single drop of knowledge. They are offering wellness bonus, but you need to take Discovery product to qualify for the bonus. I've been requesting cession form and it was sent with no instruction son how to fill and the Agent also did not know how to fill the form.
