horrible service

I had submitted a claim in 2020 August for tow policies , i only got paid out in December and that was for 1 policy , i was then advised that on policy i wasn't covered for , i had a look at my policy and both documents was the same , i even contacted my advisor and he said it was the same and seeked advise from his manager , i was then advised to contact the Ombudsman which i did there to no help only emails forwarded back & forth , i called the number on email forever lasting busy , i also laid a complaint on Liberty Website , till date no responses .

i called this morning a lady advised they working with it they will call me back , still awaiting ....

i am a client with liberty from 2008 and this is the 1st claim in submitted and i have had horrible service ...
