HORRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Such poor poor service and already im not yet a client but experiencing a nightmare already.I am taking out a policy for my bond application and more than 9 weeks and still waiting their nurses claim they have been trying to get hold of me to make a booking and thats lies,noone ever attempted to call me.2 weeks ago they got emailed by the financial advisor to book me and still zero response.Its so horrible because its me giving them business but i must beg to complete process to give them business.
