HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have raised a dispute with Liberty since May 2022 about the different debit order amount plus a lump sum that they debited from then. I've been calling every month and every time i was told that they query is being investigated. Again this month they debited the disputed amount without coming back to me. Someone needs to call me and explain what the hell is going on!!!
