Horrible claim experience.

The service I have been given by Liberty funeral is one that I did not expect. My husband covered us under Liberty before he passed away on a comprehensive funeral plan. One of the beneficiaries recently passed away. When I went to claim I was told that the beneficiary was not covered under the comprehensive plan. I produced documentation that we had received from Liberty with all the beneficiaries and they still refused to assist me . Liberty was my hope but they failed me and my husband. I would not advise anyone to cover their loved one with Liberty Funeral plan!
