I'm utterly disgusted at the Liberty life and their policy around cancelling Bond cover . I've been struggling for the passed year and a half to cancel my liberty bond cover . June 2020 I sent a request to have my cover cancelled and was sent forms to complete and resend back in order to cancel . That was done , 2 months down the line August I'm told the policy is still not cancelled its ceded to Absa I need a letter from the branch to release the policy... did that 2020 Dec still not cancelled ... The entire year of 2021 I've been sending emails calling liberty life call centre still no assistance. November 2021 I got another policy cession letter I was then told my policy will be cancelled as I had to call in once again .. December my debit order was deducted which I informed the consultant assisting me needs to be refunded asof August 2020.. Lo and behold a deduction went off this morning for the same policy I have cancelled .

ALL I WANT NOW IS FOR LIBERTY LIFE TO CANCEL MY POLICY ANF REFUND ME ALL THE PAYMENTS DEDUCTED FROM AUG 2020 TO DATE.THIS IS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE AND I THE MOST ********** SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIEVD
