Would like to take this window of opportunity to truly extent my gratitude to Lebo Tivane of Liberty Life whom handled my query with sincere remorse and care. I first had an issue with a policy cancellation on behalf of my mother-in-law, and had experienced the worst in client service before coming across Lebo. Understanding our situation, she handled this fragile case and successfully managed to close the policy for us. Again I am happy and also speak on behalf of my mother-inl-law.
