HIGHLY UNHAPPY CLIENT - WILL NOT RECOMMEND LIBERTY LIFE AT ALL!!

I worked for a company who said I cannot work there unless I get the pension fund - I though okay I am sure it will come in handy... Paying every month R100+ anyway as I was ready to claim, they keep saying my SARS TAX NUMBER IS declining, however it would of been easy to fix the error when it was told to the previous company that this will be needed. THEY NEVER ONCE INFORMED ME THAT MY TAX NUMBER SHOWS AN ERROR instead they happily kept taking my money... I now want to claim since June 2022 and till this day (4 October 2023) have I not received my money back, I have even assisted with an IRP5 and they said it must be under my previous company's name... how exactly does that work??? as it's the same number.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
