Highly disappointed

If I could give this rating less than 1 star I would, I would give it a - 10.

I was retrenched from MY CHEFS Cape Town /Western Province Caterers in December 2019 and they told me to contact Liberty Life early in the year to stay connected with the payments.

So for the past 3 weeks I have been on the phone to Liberty Life Corporate to find out about my Provident Fund payment and have wasted over R150 of airtime to get answers. Every time I try to get any answers from them, I have to give them an address which I do not even know about for security reasons. When I phoned them last week, I was told that the payments were all received from my previous employer and that it was at administration for reconciliation.

I tried phoning Liberty again today and still have no response to my previous inquiry and they can not give me any answers of when their administration department will finalize everything and I will get my money.

So now because of Liberty and MY CHEFS Cape Town, I am in the red financially.

This is meant to be one of the most successful investment companies in South Africa, but they are completely useless.
