Hi liberty stash support group I am highly disappointed with the service that I had received from you guys. I had previously withdrawal R9520.00 from my stash account. I then mistakenly misclaim due to the fact that the funds were taking too long to appear. Of which they finally do appear in my Capitec account. After 3 days of using the funds. I then get a debit of R9520.00 on my capitec account of which it is from stash. I would like this matter to be resolved immediately. Because I am the account holder and the R9520.00 debit on my stash account, it should be resolved immediately.
