Here we go again, no service at all!

Here we are, AGAIN... How many times should a client ask and beg for a copy of their statement? If I default on payment you will tell me to F-off with a claim, but how the hell are we supposed to pay if we don't get any statements? My last statement was in Sep 2022, almost a year ago! Get yourselves in order and service your clients!
