Help Needed

The father of my child had started the process of withdrawing his provident fund which had been administered by you guys late last year however before payout could be completed he was incarcerated.<br> <br> He did mention he had made me his next of kin when filling out his withdrawal forms, how do I go out verifying this information if I am even allowed too? And how do I find out the status of the withdrawal?<br> <br> Many Thanks in advance.
