I have been waiting for my refund for a long time, and despite following up many times, I still have not received clear feedback or a solution. The communication from Liberty Life has been very poor, and I feel ignored as a customer. This delay has caused me financial stress and frustration. I expected better service from a company of Liberty’s reputation. No proper timelines were given, and my queries were not handled professionally.
